Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies - Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred - Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively Skills:

Understanding of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately - Customer service:
